Order of Service Maker is run by Arthur. This page explains what happens to the details you give while making your order of service. If anything is unclear, email hello@orderofservicemaker.com.
On your device
Everything you type is saved in your own browser, so your booklet is still there when you come back. Nothing leaves your device unless you ask us to save it or email it to you.
If you give us your email
- Your booklet and a link to it. We store your names, wedding date, venue, the contents of your booklet and your email, so we can send you a link to open it again on any device. Anyone with that link can open the booklet, so share it only with people you'd like to help.
- Our mailing list, only if you tick the box. We'll send new designs and the occasional offer. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and the box is never ticked for you.
- A note after the wedding, only if you ask for one.
We use your details to provide what you asked for, and for the mailing list, your consent. We never sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Gifts
Gifts are handled by Stripe or Ko-fi. We see the amount and your email address, never your card details.
Who helps us run the site
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores saved booklets and email addresses.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Stripe or Ko-fi processes gifts.
We count simple things, such as how many booklets are downloaded, without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
How long we keep things
Saved booklets are kept for up to two years after the wedding date, then deleted. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@orderofservicemaker.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
